Back home in Taipei

It was another hot and humid day. I stayed at home and chatted with mom. I also taught mom how to stretch properly, for her shoulders and arms. Surprisingly, she is pretty strong. Just take a look of the squatting she did on the floor. Impressed?

Your mom practices Tai Chi hard at dawn almost everyday. That’s why she looks healthy these years. Awesome!

Enjoyed all your Austalia photos. And your Mom looks very fit – could probably put us all to shame. Typical August back here – more clouds, rain, storms than July but alot of good veggies & fruit. Went into the North End for Restaurant Week dinner last Friday w/some friends. Keep enjoying your trip, Justin.

Hey Sharon, I hope the temperatue is not too hot back home. It has been 90F and humid here. Fortunately, good food everywhere in Taipei. 🙂 Eat well!

Hi Marty. My mom likes how I look. Thanks to my favorite barber in Leominster. 🙂 I don’t know if I can hold off of getting a hair cut from an Italian barber in the last week of my journey. Maybe a Germany or Swiss one!

The stretching looks way too easy for your Mom. Just confirms my belief that your stretching ability is natural talent rather than practice! 🙂
