Stretch Therapy Workshop – Moving with Grace and Ease

A busy snowy Sunday: I took a 1+ hour drive to central Massachusetts and taught a mini Stretch Therapy workshop for Stretch Therapy Boston. Thanks, Sharon, my former student who convinced her yoga studio to hold the workshop. The studio owner, Jean, was wonderful and made it happen. The workshop went very well, and the students worked hard. Not only was the workshop today completely booked, we added a second workshop next week, and it’s also fully booked. People want to move with grace and ease!

After the class, Sharon was very kind and hosted the lunch at her home. Not only was the food great, the conversation was fun as usual with her, Dennis, and Kyle. Dennis was nice enough to share his mustache period with me as a reference for my own experiment. 😉

I then drove to my old town of Lancaster/Clinton and hung out with Melanie, a former student when I taught the Stretch Therapy class in town. It’s great to catch up with her over some tea from France. Her husband is from France originally. It feels like back in France whenever I visit them, with some French going on here and there.

Now I am home watching the Super Bowl. I missed the first hour, but I didn’t miss too much… 😉
