I took the overnight train at 6pm from Berlin to Vienna. It’s a new experience to me to sleep in the bed on the train. The sleeper was clean and comfortable. I shared the room with another passenger. After I read a little and took my trip notes, I went to bed around 9:30pm. I arrived in Vienna right after 6am. It’s a long ride but mostly sleep. I got a nice, long sleep on the train. Just checked in at the hostel. As usually, it’s too early to move to the room. I will get myself familiar with the area, and start exploring after breakfast. My big plan for tonight is going to another opera – IL Barber of Seville. It’s a familiar opera and I am looking forward to it!
