It’s less than a week before my around-the-world trip. My plan is spending 1 week in Australia, 1 week in Taiwan, 2 weeks in Africa, and 3 weeks in Europe. And use the last week of my sabbatical to sleep in my own bed. 🙂 There are so many arrangements to made before the trip. I am getting there though. Thanks for the helps from some of you. I really appreciate it!

Glad to know your around-the-world trip. After 20 months in Taiwan, I arrived Vancouver 2 weeks ago and will be back to Taiwan in Dec. Unfortunately we could not meet in Taiwan in your trip.

Thanks for the reminder, Carol. I got all the shots from the travel doctor last week. And I hope Eben will have a steady recovery from the stroke. Remember: celebrate any progress, small or big.
