Strolling in Taipei

Yesterday was my walking day. After lunch with my mom and sister in law at home, I did what I enjoyed most in Taipei – strolling around. I stopped by the Eslite bookstore and browsed whatever I felt like. Taiwanese people like to read – it was crowded but not chaotic. Dinner at the crowded Shi-Lin night market is a different story. Street food, people, sound, smell of food, etc. remind you that it is a busy city.

Did you try fried chicken fillet(士林豪大雞排) in front of Yang Ming Theater? Try something different from KFC!

No, I didn’t try it but I figured it’s something unusual based on how long the line was. Boy, the chicken cutlet was huge. I think you can feed a whole family with it. 🙂
