Thanksgiving day is approaching

Time for another update!

Finally the power came back, the day after Doug loaned me his generator. I decided to get a generator of my own, as soon as I can find one. It probably will take a while. Just hope that I won’t get another snow storm and lose power again soon.

Last weekend, I went to Boston Ballet for their Romeo and Juliet performance (music composed by Prokofiev) with my friend Jim. I haven’t been to Boston Ballet for a long time. Especially, after they moved to the Opera House in Boston. It was a good production. I appreciated it more since I skated the music from its Dance of Knights in my last program. Let me share some pictures from my program. šŸ™‚

Thanksgiving is approaching this coming week. I thought I would see some wild turkeys in my yard as usual around this time of the year. Instead, I saw a big deer running through my yard. Hope you like the video. No, it’s not in Africa. It’s just the old town Lancaster!

Since the weather was still warm (60F), I went for a hike at the Wachusetts Mountain last Sunday. It’s about 20 minutes from where I live. It is also a family place for skiing in the winter. Since there is no snow yet, it’s interesting to see the lift standing at the top. It was a beautiful day to be out.
