We took the ferry to Zanzibar from Dar es Salamm. After checked in to the hotel and lunch with some group members, 6 of us went snorkeling at the Prison island. Interesting history of the island. The next day, we headed to the north for the relaxing part of the trip. We just enjoyed the beach and chatted. Some folks were having a good time watching me drinking. Not a drinker as some of you know. I did order a Mojito and drank, maybe a quartet inch of the class? It’s more than what I would drink and I had a good night sleep. 🙂 The first full day here was my spa day. Pedicure, massage, and I even got a Henna tattoo! The trip ended today. I said good bye to the wonderful people. I will miss them, especially the last day in Zanzibar alone. They will have a special place in my heart… I will head to Dar via ferry on my own and fly to Berlin in the evening. Farewell Africa. What a beautiful place!

Thanks! I thought it’s okay but it’s growing on me. I even got some nice comments today – they don’t know it’s Henna tattoo instead of a permanent one. I am enjoying wearing it in Europe!
